Class descriptions: All cardio classes maintain a 6:1 player to pro ratio

Cardio 101
This class is good for players who have taken at least one or two group lessons prior to enrolling in this class (levels 1-2.5). There is a short review at the beginning  of the class, followed by modified drills suitable for beginner to advanced beginner cardio participants.

Advanced Cardio
The regular cardio class we offer is good for tennis players level 2.5 and higher. There is no review or instruction, and the class will contain fast paced drills to keep your heart pumping and provide you with the high energy tennis workout you desire.

Extreme Cardio
Our toughest workout! Extreme Cardio is for players rated 3.5 or higher and are in excellent condition. There are more “games based drills” that give you a workout through live ball hitting.

Cost: $30 (paid in advance)
Ratio: 6:1 (player to pro)
Level: 2.5 USTA rating and above

Monday: 12:00-1:00 PM Advanced Cardio

Tuesday: 12:00-1:00 PM Advanced Cardio

Thursday: 12:00-1:00 PM Advanced Cardio

Friday: 11:30- 12:30 PM Cardio 101

Sunday: 11:00-12:00 PM Advanced Cardio
